Epic!



Reading, and being read to, are fundamental to building a firm academic foundation. Both are also just a great way to feed curiosity and spend time. Many of you are familiar with MyOn. Epic! is very similar, but has a different collection of books. It provides a massive digital library every one of our students has access to for the remainder of the school year. Thanks to their generosity in the face of Covid-19 closing schools, the site is costing us nothing. Simply click below and then enter the code provided by your child's teacher.

They have countless videos covering everything from the letters of the alphabet to songs about science to catchy tunes about counting. Learning through music has been proven to be incredibly effective and The Singing Walrus is all about songs. We use their videos regularly in the classroom because the children always enjoy them.
